What we count
What every match report counts
One report a month, starting after the first program day. The same six lines every time, so you can compare month to month.
Money in. Every gift, by source.
Money out. Every dollar spent, by program.
Kids on the field. Scholarships paid, and where those kids play.
Kit delivered. Goals, nets, balls and boots, by park.
Referees certified. Certifications funded and games covered.
Events held. Clinics, drives and field days, with the turnout.
No number gets rounded up. No story gets invented. If a month is quiet, the report says so.
